Important for bloggers-How to backup your blog??

People who use blogger should take more attention about this point. "Backup a blog" .
If your are using blogger you know that though you own your blog actually it's owned by Google .(If you haven't host your blog)  Any time you can lose your blog if you break the rules and regulations of the Google blogger. May be it's intentional or not. I've experienced this problem 2 times. That's why I thought to write about this.

I lost my first 2 blogs because in some way I have break the Google blogger rules. But I didn't know how. All I did was I posted and posted consecutively in the very first day I started the blog. Because I was new to the subject. And I wanted to see my blog with full of posts like every blogger. But the very next day Google deleted my blog. The reason was for that is, they said that my blog has spams.

Then I created another blog and posted the same posts again in a single day. Once again I lost my blog within a day. The reason was the same. But later I found that the reason was I've posted too many posts in a single day. So Google detected that I was using a BOT. So immediately they deleted the blogs.

In a situation like that it's very important to backup our blog data,so if we lose our blog we can use the data again without rewriting them. Think about rewriting,will it be easy?? No never.
So it's important to backup your blog data at least once for a week.

1) First you must go to the Google Dashboard. You will ask to login to your Google account.

2) After you logged in click on "Data tools"

3) Now under the Data tool menu there are few options. From them click on "Select data to download"  

4) Now you will be taken to a new page. In that page, click on "Create an archive"

5) Now you can see there are few selections to be made. From them you must select only "Blogger" (Or if you want you can select any other option,for an example if you select "Gmail" you can download your Gmail account data as well) 

6) After you selected "blogger" again click on "Create Archive" 

7)  Now it will Create the archive and you can see the download button. Click on "Download" button.

8) Now again you will be asked to login to your gmail account. Log in . Then it will start downloading your blog data.

To protect your blog data try to do this once for a week at least.
